Ordering Information

Ordering	Orders received after 5:00 pm (EST) on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
Custom Orders	All custom orders are final -- no refunds no exchanges.
Payment	We accept credit cards through Paypal as well as checks and money orders. To order off line please click here : offline order form.
Shipping	We only ship within the U.S.A. Items ship within 2 business days of processing. Custom orders and embroidered items can take a few days longer depending upon the size and the quantity. If paying by check, the order will be shipped once the check clears, this can take from 10 to 14 days.
Refund Policy	If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason: we will refund the purchase price no questions asked item must be returned within 15 days of delivery item must be in new and unused condition Custom Orders, Sale/Clearance Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless we have made a mistake.
